Having owned several homes and built new before, I have been around the block when it comes to houses. My experience building with Ben was better than any I have had in the past. I cannot say enough in regards to his flexibility and openness.

Ben catered the process to me by asking if I would like to make all the design decisions up front or make them as the build progressed, allowing me to decide. He also permitted me all the design freedom I wanted ranging from the detail and type of drawer pulls all the way up to a last minute fireplace addition.
